The most effective way to lose weight is to reduce the number of calories you consume while finding an exercise routine that works for you.

Here’s how to safely reduce your calories without starving yourself.

Eat more vegetables while reducing the amount of starchy carbohydrates (rice, bread, pasta, cereal) you consume.

Your plate should be at least half veggies.

When you substitute veggies for starch you automatically reduce the number of calories you eat.

Here’s the math.

A pound of broccoli has 150 calories.

A pound of pasta has 600 calories.

It’s the same amount of food, but one has 3 times the amount of calories.

So, you don’t have to starve yourself because you still eat the same amount of food. Yet, you have significantly reduced your calories by eating more veggies.

Simple, but not necessarily easy. You’re going to have to change the way you eat if you want to see results and feel better.
