Let me explain…
Food companies go through extensive lengths to create a product that tastes great and is highly addictive.
This is how they make money.
They count on you becoming addicted and forming a chemical dependency to their product
They find the right combination of sugar, fat and salt that tastes great regardless of nutritional value.
Then they pump their marketing out to grab your attention and position their highly addictive foods in just the right spots at the grocery or convenience store.
These companies know that they can create a product that tastes way better than the bland natural foods we should be eating.
And you fall for it every time.
I’m pissed off thinking about how these companies are trying to shorten my life. Are YOU?!
Added sugar is horrible for your health.
Excess body fat leads to greater chances of cancer and heart disease.
So, what can you do about it?
The answer is simple, but not easy.
1. Read the nutrition and ingredients label on the food you’re buying.
If there are ingredients in there you can’t pronounce, it doesn’t belong in your body.
If there’s sugar and trans fat, it’s bad.
2. Eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
These foods are packed with immunity boosting vitamins and minerals.
They also contain less calories and fat, which will help you lose excess body fat.
The road to better health isn’t easy and you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headaches and hunger pangs.
You’re going to have to suck it up and deal with it.
You can either keep going on the road you’re on and shorten your lifespan and increase your risk of getting sick.
Or you can make a commitment to change.
Again, it’s not easy, but once you’re on the other side you’ll feel and look so much better.
If you need a swift kick in the butt to finally make a change to lead a longer, fuller life, then send me a PM.
